Wishing both of our Junior Team Quest teams the very best of luck at Arena UK this weekend having successfully qualified at their Semi Finals at Golden Cross in September with super performances across the board!

Olivia, Millie and Amy Parry also each won their individual My Quest tests on cracking scores so will be flying the flag in their respective classes 🥳

Gabriella Jacobs and Holly Torrome Adams both placed second in their individual My Quest tests also qualifying for the championships this weekend!

Thrilled to have completed the APEC Foundation Course developing the fundamentals of applied psychology. Lots learnt through the duration which has helped to develop my coaching skills further, you never stop learning! Now to go and continue to practice those new skills 😊
