Gorgeous Layla. Just look at that smile 🥹🥰.

Layla is very anxious when it comes to water - in fact, I was told she will navigate her way round puddles and walk tight to buildings to avoid even the slightest bit of rain 🌧 - so her pamper appointment was a BIG DEAL!

Working one-to-one with her, she received lots of cuddles and constant reassurance throughout. A slow approach goes a long way, and I look forward to building trust with Layla and watching her gain more confidence.

It's Cooper! 🥰🤎

This little pup absolutely melted my heart. Such a sweetheart. Cooper visited for his first ever bath and blow dry. Very inquisitive but extremely well mannered for just 4½ months old 🥹. Well done, goodest boy!

Fergus was very nervous attending his recent appointment, but he was also very brave. With lots of cuddles and reassurance, he got through it, discovering there's nothing scary about the bath 🥹 - what a star 🌟. I look forward to seeing his confidence grow.

Hamish was a little anxious when he arrived for his appointment after a recent visit to the vet. Once through the doors, though, with lots of cuddles and a few cheeky biscuits, he remembered how relaxing the salon is.

I really am so proud of how well Cooper has been progressing since his very first visit 👏🏻. He's been quite nervous in the past, but with his most recent appointment, he really relaxed into it. He was so chilled in the bath this time round that he enjoyed a wee head massage.
