Hazell’s Warren Rabbit Boarding and Bonding

We’ve all read the stories about “escaped rabbits” but the truth is these poor bunnies are dumped by people who couldn’t give a damn about what happens to them. No, they won’t become friends with wild rabbits or learn how to survive, they will be torn to pieces by predators or attacked by the wildies. Fortunately Bunny Angels UK supporters exist who will spend days (and nights) trying to get these rabbits to safety but funds are needed so these rabbits can get the treatment they inevitably need.

Please consider donating the cost of a takeaway coffee so funds are always there to act immediately when another dumped rabbit comes in.

My last foster was a dumped baby weighing less than 1kg, riddled with ticks and terrified, who has now been vaccinated and neutered and is learning to socialise ready for the perfect home. If she had stayed at Hazell’s Warren much longer, I think she would have become a permanent member of the household ❤️

Three unscheduled guests this week. Unfortunately their owner has broken her wrist and the little one needs twice daily medication and syringe feeding so I’m helping out. Meet Tobias, Rhapsody and Roxie.

Simba and nala are a pair of 5yr old siblings who are sadly coming back to us to find a new home due to allergies. They are both neutered and up to date with vaccines. They have always been house bunnies so, must remain this way. Simba is much more curious and seeks human for some fuss. Nala is more reserved and takes her a little while to gain trust but, she gets there.
Can any offer these siblings their forever home?
