We have had a lovely helpful client get in touch with us about a friendly Black and White domestic short hair cat that has no microchip or collar hanging around for a little while on Grove Road in Beccles. We have advised that they pop a paper collar on to the cat so the owners can be notified. If this is your cat or you think you know anything about this cat, please can you get in touch as soon as possible at the Beccles branch. Please share. Thank you.

Three Rivers Vets is delighted to announce they are supporting their local Scouts troop by donating one thousand pounds to the 5th Beccles Scout group's fundraising campaign for the Norfolk International Jamboree (Norjam 2025) camp. This week-long camp in August is aimed at Scouts aged between 10 & 17 & is a fantastic opportunity for young adults to learn new skills, meet overseas friends and take on a range of activities. The Scouts have been fundraising for over a year to help parents manage the payments, ensuring that every Scout can access the event, the first to be held since 2018 due to COVID.

Bernadette Black RVN from Three Rivers Vets (pictured) added: "Our team here, by the very nature of caring for animals, already play a valuable and positive role in the community. We are so pleased we won funding for this event - knowing we have helped lots of young people attend a once in a life time event of this magnitude is such an achievement for us at Three Rivers. We hope they have the best time and make memories to cherish for a lifetime!"

The community grant was made possible by IVC Evidensia (the practice's parent company) who have made around one thousand successful grants so far to deserving local causes.

🐾 Just a quick heads up to our clients this week… We have a staff training morning this Wednesday 12th March. This means that we will be dealing with emergencies only from 8am - 1pm. Normal service will resume after 1pm. This will be the case across branches too which will not have any appointments until after 2pm. Branch surgery’s will also be closed between 12-2.
Please bear this in mind if you are coming to collect medications etc. Many thanks for your understanding 🐾
