Hello every one 🥰 I am afraid I am here to talk about dreaded fleas again! Last year I sent out an email prior to Christmas, talking about how we were experiencing an absolute abundance of dogs coming in with fleas. As you can imagine, for so many reasons this is not ideal for us. At the time a higher charge was put in place to cover the cost of a flea bath and deep clean once the dog had left.
Unfortunately, I am still getting dogs coming back in with fleas so I will no longer be continuing with grooms if they are found. This may mean that your dog is sent home wet or unfinished depending on when they are spotted. A charge of 50% of the grooming fee will apply even if the dog was not started.

Although you may feel this is extreme, this is putting us in a difficult position, risking infesting the salon, passing on to other dogs, losing a full dogs space and money.

So, once again - please please check your dogs for fleas BEFORE their appointment. If you suspect your dog may have fleas - please cancel and rearrange for a time when you have treated them and ensured that there are non.
