Hydrotherapy at Canine Aqua Centre

It is with great sadness that I am having to write this post this morning. Due to unforeseen circumstances I am having to close down Hydrotherapy @ canine aqua centre from today. It has been an extremely busy week for me and my partner but as some of you know already we are having to relocate down to Cornwall due to unfortunate circumstances with the land we keep our animals on. It was a very difficult decision for us especially as we were both just starting up businesses over in MK. However losing the animals would be an even greater loss to us. We are now both looking forward to a new chapter in our lives. I apologise I’ve not been able to communicate this sooner but it has all happened very suddenly. I will be sending an email to all clients in the next week with recommendations on of new Hydrotherapist.I wish you all the very best.

Pringle in tonight’s session!!!! He’s kicking so much better and is much happier in the water now! 💦💦

He loves his commands while swimming.

Pringle comes to me for agility conditioning/fitness. He swims twice a week and boy does he love it.

Anyone ever seen how a dog swims under the water??

This is koda he’s 3 years old and suffered from luxating patella and hip dysplasia. He is my pup so he swims around 1-2 times a week.

Yesterday we had a lovely visit from a new client called dexter. He’s come to me for weakness in his back legs and arthritis.

Within his weekly session we aim help with his pain and sniff ness and improve his quality of life.

Dexter is 12 years old and a very happy chap who loved given us all kisses

🌟🌟🌟Meet the Team🌟🌟🌟

Hi I’m Tasha, I’ve loved animals my whole life. At home I’ve got a cat, a hamster, a rabbit, a dog, 20 chickens, 3 horses and 2 donkeys.

I’ve been lucky enough to always be around them. I’ve done 10 years of lambing down on a farm in Cornwall, I’ve also went on to do a level 3 extended diploma of animal management.

I’ve always known I’ve wanted to do and that is work with animals in any way I can help make a diffence in their life.

I worked as an animal care assistant in a 24 hour vet practice. I worked the nights with the on call nurses and vet, where I learned something new very day and every day was never the same.

While I was there I was given an amazing opportunity to be put on a level 3 small animal hydrotherapy course which should’ve lasted too year but I managed to fast track abs completely it within 6 months.

I qualified as a small animal hydrotherapy in April 2020 just before lockdown happened. Since then I have decided to join together with canine aqua centre which is where I work 3 days a week and the only 4 I work at my local doggy daycare centre.
