🐾 Assurance Post 🐾
In light of some negativity surrounding dog walkers which you might have seen recently on Facebook, we just want to clarify a few things from our point of view to assure you all.
- We would NEVER prioritise profit over your pet! The MAXIMUM dogs taken on a group walk would be no more than 3. We know our limits and believe anymore could lead to situations that could jeopardise the safety of your pet.
- We would try and take group walks and even solo walks to lesser known locations. This will avoid any unnecessary encounters with other animals and again lead to possible avoidable situations.
- We will never let your dog off the lead unless we felt 100% confident. Even if the dog has a great record with its owner off the leash is not something we would take for granted.
- Although some situations are ultimately unavoidable, we will do all we can to minimise them BUT should worse come to worse we are fully insured to cover every eventuality.
Times are hard, we know that, that's why we keep our prices as competitive as possible BUT that does not mean the service you get is also discounted!
