Rosie came in for her Christmas groom.
Rosie didn’t cancel with an hour to spare, or worse, not turn up at all.

This December has been hideous for last minute cancellations and no shows. I have turned dogs away due to no availability to have people disregard their appointment.
SIX no shows/last minute cancellations. It is not acceptable. I am running a BUSINESS, not a ‘pop in if you fancy it’.
How would you feel if your employer or the taxman took £400+ out of your December paycheck? Not good huh?… SAME.
These people who have ignored requests to pay for their missed appointment, or just refused to answer communication point blank (YES, REALLY) are NOT welcome back.
Unfortunately, as always, the few ruin it for the majority. 50% deposit will be taken on any future bookings and will not be refunded if you miss or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
