IMPORTANT

Deposit Policy Update

🐾 A deposit will be required for each appointment made.

🐾 I cannot hold appointments.
First come first served, your appointment is not secured unless a deposit has been paid.

🐾 When paying a deposit please make sure to leave your name & date of appointment on the transaction.

🐾 48 hours notice is needed when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

🐾 15 minutes late to an appointment is the cut off. Your deposit will be lost & you may have to reschedule. (I work 1-2-1 with a set time for each dog.)

Extra information

🐾 If any accidents happen in the salon I will inform you. (I am fully insured & have completed a canine first aid course)

If an accident occurs & I’m not aware please let me know 24 hours after the appointment. I cannot be held responsible for an accident with your dog a week after the appointment.

🐾 I must be made aware of any medical conditions

🐾 I will not groom pregnant dogs

🐾 If your dog is aggressive or worry of other dogs I must be made aware

🐾 If your dog is aggressive or worry of getting groomed I must be made aware

🐾 If your dog is matted an extra fee is added to your bill.
We have a matting policy in the salon which will be handed out when necessary. Or just ask.

🐾 If your dog comes in with a few fleas a extra fee will be added to your bill (Proof of fleas will be provided)

🐾 If your dog comes in covered in fleas we may ask you to reschedule your appointment as we do not want to risk other dogs getting infected.

🐾 We offer walk in nail clippings for £10 per dog

🐾 Please toilet your dog before the appointment. (We understand accidents happen but a quick potty break is always helpful).

1 year ago today I had officially started my own little dog grooming business within the Groom HQ Salon
Thanks to Yvonne for giving me the opportunity to work & grow
& thanks to you all for the unconditional support & trust with your most beloved dogs.

Thank you my friends & family for all the support & encouragement. For the groomers who supported me & Claudia for taking care of my boy.
I’m thankful for each & every one of you. I’ve had a dream made into a reality and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you all.
