With a busy summer coming to an end, the autumn season will be starting soon and Halloween and half term holidays are there to look forward to! Having held off a rate increase for some years now, the time has come to increase our daily rates to £20 daily per pet. 10% discount for 2 or more family pets still applies and we do not apply surcharges on public or bank holidays! The new rates will apply from 1st October 2023 - all other terms and conditions still apply. Please note that the daily rate is applied on and including the day of admission and the day of departure, regardless of the time your pet comes in or leaves.

A beautiful, sunny morning and it's officially the first week of the summer holidays! Just a few reminders to those coming in over the next few weeks;
- please make sure all annual vaccinations, including Kennel Cough, are up to date. We need to see evidence by way of a photoshot, printout or the original certificate. All licensed establishments require this.
- tick/flea/worm treatment is not mandatory, but we highly advise, especially during summer months as walks through woodlands is the name of the game here!
- rates are daily - the daily rate is charged every day that your pet is with us, regardless of pick up or drop off time.
- no surcharges for bank or public holidays
- no bowls, blankets, toys needed - we provide all!
- dropoff and pickup times are set at 9.30 to 10.30am and 4.30 to 5.30pm only.

Summer is creeping up on us and we haven't posted for a while so just a reminder to those who are booked in for July and August;
Daily rates are £18, inclusive of day of admission and day of departure, regardless of admission or departure times. Hours for drop off and pick up are;
9.30am -10.30am ... and
4.30pm - 5.30pm
Proof of annual boosters (including kennel cough) must be produced (preferably before) or upon arrival.
Please bring your pet's regular food - this will be administered per your instructions (we do this in order to provide consistency and familiarity and to reduce any tummy issues!)
No bowls, bedding, toys needed - all will be provided.
We currently have no availability at all for June or August - but July still has a few spaces left!
