This Christmas our Balmoral clinic has teamed up with PlayforStrays 🐶🐱

We will be accepting donations of food, toys, coats, leads, etc. Playforstrays will then distribute the donations where they are needed most.

Hi there myself and another lady were at home bargains Kennedy centre this evening around 5:30pm and found a kitten very very friendly so has been very well socialised, the wee kitten was just running up to anyone for attention however was also running around a very busy car park in the fear that she would get hit by a car or the wrong character would lift her we took her to the vets to see if she was chipped, the vet confirmed she hasn’t been chipped, is female and less than a year old. The vets advice was to just put her back into a busy car park which for obvious reasons I wasn’t happy to do. We did check local houses across from the shopping centre but nobody recognises her somebody must be missing her as she definitely has been socialised well. She is also wear a purple collar however no identification tag either. I have her home safe with me however I also have 4 cats also so would love to get her back to her own home I’ll send through pictures if you could put a post on your group in the hope someone may recognise her

If you’re having a Halloween party or get a lot of trick-or-treaters, help your pet feel calm and secure by making them a den in a quiet corner.

Avoid sweets and chocolates, Even a small amount of chocolate can be fatal.
Sweets can a be dangerous for pets especially if they have the sweetener xylitol.

Make sure your pet has a collar with an identification tag on it just in case they do manage to escape.
