CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made
at least 48 hours prior to appointment which avoids a cancellation charge allowing us time to fill the appointment.

Cancellations made on the day will occur a 50% cancellation fee and no shows will be charged full service charge of appointment.

This charge will have to be settled before any other appointment can
be made.

If you’re unsure when your next appointment is drop us message, text, call and we can let you know.

Failure to confirm an appointment will result in it be cancelled.

Confirming an appointment and not showing will be charged full service charge.

Please don’t be offended if we refuse to offer you any future appointments.

We are receiving a lot of calls and messages looking appointments the same day or within a few days of getting in touch .

Unfortunately at this present time if you require an appointment you will be waiting approximately 4-5 weeks for a full groom appointment .

We have a lot of customers who have scheduled appointments and have limited availability until January 2025.

Please get in touch by calling the shop

Book a few grooms well in advance to save you any worry or stress .
