As some of our lovely customers are aware, there will soon be another wee member of the Wagz family soon enough! 🥰 (That isn't an animal for once 😂)
Rachel is due early November, so it's not too far away.
Although we have two other wonderful members of staff to look after your pups, it may be a change for a short while as Rachel will be off over Christmas this year!
We do ask for understanding as it might be a longer wait for appointments, as we are quite limited with availability and recommend pre-booking in advance.
⛔ With limited availability, we cannot tolerate no shows. We try our best to get everybody booked in within a suitable time frame, we just ask to be let known in advance if you cannot make it to your appointment and we can make adjustments if possible.
⛔ Unfortunately if we aren't given warning or time before the appointment , then we cannot give it to another customer.
This will also *temporarily* effect our available cat grooming appointments from November for a few months for any cats not on a set schedule.
🐱 We aim to do more cat days before Rachel leaves for maternity to accommodate our wonderful kitties to tide them over this period. 😊
