Hi everyone.

First of all we can’t thank our amazing customers enough for the support and kind words regarding our previous post we had put on. It really means the world to us as your groomers and also as a family to have your understanding. We are truly sorry for the hassle it all may have caused you but we are trying out best to accommodate.

We are now operating from our salon at home in the Ballygomartin area of Belfast but on a very very limited amount of appointments until the time comes when and where deano is hopefully back to full health.

I think all messages are replied to and if not please resend and I will get you sorted.

If your appointment being moved from the old Shankill salon no longer suits please get in touch to cancel.

Lastly, we can’t express how important it is to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

We recommend reoccurring block appointment booking as we already have some customers who do this and it works well for us both.

Please read regarding future appointments.

Hi all. It’s Becky here.

As a lot of you may know- dean badly fractured his neck back in February leaving him with debilitating factors.

We recently attended the hospital, with the hope of good news but were faced with more bad news regarding his healing progress.

As a result of this, we have no other option than to CLOSE the Shankill Road shop with IMMEDIATE affect. And we plan to move to a salon at our home.

As you can imagine this is an extremely hard decision for dean to make and he has spent a lot of time and worry regarding it.

We have tried endlessly for the last 7 months to keep up with the demand of the shop however it is now physically and mentally impossible with what Dean is going through at the moment to do so with the aftermath of his accident.

We are continuing to work as usual but on a reduced rate of work and at our home salon. Therefore we can only advise to book in advance. We understand that this may not suit some of our customers that are close by however we do hope that those who can, will follow us 5 minutes up the road.

We hope you all understand and we are excited as a family for a new beginning in our new salon🐶 but please bare with us while we work through the change. We will get back to all messages as soon as we can.

We thank you all for your continuous support and kind words to our family over the last load of months. This business means the world to us and we are trying to face these obstacles head on but we couldn’t do it without the support and understanding of our amazing customers.

If this affects your future appointments please let us know so we can cancel. 💪🏼
