It's very important with the incoming wind warning to keep your cats (and other animals) safe! ⚠️⛔

High winds can be very scary to cats, as well as make it difficult to smell their way home. When startled, cats will bolt even if in a place they know well!

If possible, keep your cats indoors during high winds. Cats often don't need litter trained, if not used to a tray - they instinctively want to bury their leavings, so if not used to a litter tray they can be placed in a small room/area to get used to it, and will usually use it without experience. Please also ensure your cats are identifiable too via a microchip! Or if already microchipped, ensure you double check your contact details are up to date.

If you feed or care for outdoor cats, please ensure any shelters are properly weighed/secured down - and if you don't have a shelter, maybe make an exception for a few days to prop open a shed, garage door etc 🙏

Faith still looking her furever home. 💔

She survived the meat trucks and horrendous dog bites in China.
She then waited over a year for rescuer to ask us for our help.
She then waited 2 years for her freedom flight in boarding kennels to Northern Ireland.
She’s now sat in foster for months while seeing other dogs from china arrive and be rehomed.

This community helped fulfill our promise to save her. But that promise is not completely fulfilled till she’s found her furever home so please help her with a share.

Faith is the perfect dog if you could ask for one. Funny. Loving. A sofa hog. No health issues. Only 5 years old. Loves her adventures. Loves other dogs. Is very gentle girl. We just don’t get it. 💔

Please note our international rehoming fee is higher than our local rehoming fee due to the huge costs in getting the dogs to the Uk. In addition faith still has large outstanding bills in China. But we do work with our committed adopters who are serious about giving our dogs a loving home; in giving time and support including opportunities to fundraise towards their fee. ✈️ 3 hours left to £2 Friday and Nora is so close To That Flight ✈️

Nora is the first new rescue in China we have agreed to help in over 2 years. She was saved by amazing rescuers and her rescuers asked if we could help as she has bad hips. One of which her amazing rescuer has already completed surgery on.

People are enquiring already about Nora which is lovely but please note we need to get her to the Uk first, we need to assess her first, she will also most likely need surgery and rehab first. Before we can even start planning a home; but we have other dogs who have been waiting months for a home and ready for a home. ❤️

Update it is so heartwarming for us tohave so
many very kind people offering this little trooper a loving home. I think we have chosen one for him where he will be an only pet and loved to the moon and back. I hope he agrees with us. We just want to thank all the people who called , messaged etc. offering him a place in their hearts. I am so sorry we cannot get back to these special people to thank you personally but time won’t allow us.Roger is as old as the hills but this little fellow has love to give some lucky person. He was found by vet nurse Grainne in a shocking state at the side of the road before Christmas. He was too weak to move so she bundled him in to her car to
Safety. He was neutered so someone must have loved him at some point0862112850 if you’d like to offer this little cute gent a home.

Thank you everyone who helped us get Pal safely to Northern Ireland! He arrived eariler this week from China. We now officially only have 2 dogs left to get home from China.

Unfortunately Pals foster home fell through last moment due to no fault of his own. As a foster based rescue we rely completely on our foster homes and their availability, and scope on whether they can take big dogs, wee dogs or dogs with complex needs. Thankfully one of our foster mums stepped in to take in Pal temporarily.

We are under urgent need to find him a longer term foster though till he finds a home. Preferably a foster with view to adopt.

💕Good with other dogs.
💕Not good with small animals.
💕Very friendly, sweet and goofy boy.
💕No children under 12 years.
💕We provide all food, bedding and vet care till he is adopted.
