Dogs found with parasites before or during grooming process will be sent home immediately and charged a missed appointment fee of £40

If parasites are found on your dog during grooming there will be a surcharge to cover costs of

We take the health and safety of all our customers pets very seriously and cannot risk cross contamination.

Fleas can be picked up absolutely anywhere- kennels, dog walks, dog parks, from cats, from other infected dogs etc. They are nothing to be embarrassed about because believe me even the cleanest of doggies catch them, regular checks and keeping up to date with flea treatments will help however monthly flea treatments don’t always prevent a dog catching them so please don’t think your dog won’t catch because they are up to date
