Lovely families of ELDB we are fully aware of the weather conditions in the uk at the moment and we are fully prepared for all weather conditions year round over here at ELDB we are very fortunate to have so many fully established trees (as you have seen whilst visiting our premises) we are lucky enough to have these as they do provide our kennels and outside areas with fantastic shade ! Our kennels are large spacious and stay very cool during summer months fresh water is constantly provided and we do NOT walk during the heat of the day our very dedicated staff members make 6am starts and very late PM finish so please families when we say we got this we really have ! Our guests your furkids are very valued loved part of our team 🥰 🐶
We try to update families as much as we possibly can and if there was anything for us to be concerned about please trust us we would get in touch directly with you so whilst you are away please remember no news is good news actually especially in our busiest times of the year could you imagine our staff constantly updating owners on every guest we have in they would be so busy on the phones and no time to look after what’s most important to us and you our guests 🥰 however they do love to take a photo or two of the little beauties while here but again don’t always have time to post or send individually so please remember to keep an eye on our page as you will more then likely to spot your baby on here having fun even after checking out 😍🐶

Evening all our lovely customers, 2 things we thought you should know. Firstly all personal belongings will no longer be accepted. All we need is your lovely pets, any food on top of what we provide (butchers meat and a biscuit) and a copy of vaccination card either left here or whatsapped over to Charlotte on 07921859101, which brings me to my second point. Sorry if anyone has been trying to contact me the last few days we are having a few issues with the network, I’m trying to get this resolved asap! I think I have answered everyone but please if I have missed a message resend it over! Blankets will be provided and beds can be purchased from us for £5 and are yours to keep. Bowls, harnesses and leads we will always use our own with the exception of a muzzle. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for always being such loyal customers xx

Back in 2008 a small doggie hotel opened up on smilers farm called essex pooch palace for our little human furbabys all because of a little rescue Spanish boy 🐶 named Pedro rust 🥰🐶
As the years went on a second side called Essex luxury dog boarding was built with larger rooms to cater better for our larger furbabys
But families no matter which side your furbaby checks into over here it really is because of Pedro rust the inspiration behind it all ❤️ boarding with a loving personal touch 🥰
He really was a special part of our family (the little girl in the photographs with him is actually Natalie our very professional groomer when we lived in Spain ) now you know why your furkids feel so at ease with her so loving and gentle with everyone ❤️🐶
