At the beginning of a Puppy Pamper or when a new dog comes in, the first thing I do is sit on the floor and get to know them 🤗 .
•
I let them take their time to have a sniff around, explore the studio and get to know me and become comfortable in the new surroundings. Offering a calm and safe space, bonding and building trust are all key to grooming safely ✂️.
•
This was Evie’s first Puppy Pamper. Despite the storm, she was very happy and took to me straight away which is always a huge compliment 💗.
