We finally have some lovely hot sunny weather 😎. Our animal hotel keeps a really nice cool temperature and doesn't fluctuate much between the different seasons so our guests get plenty of natural light but stay really nice and comfortable even during heatwaves like this one

We rescued a Moorhen hatchling today, it was trapped in the w**d with its siblings who sadly died before we could get to them. This little chap was cold and wet and close to death so we took him inside, warmed him up and dried him. He was soon up and running around and Whitby Wildlife have taken him

Rats are super intelligent and make wonderful pets, they will answer to their name and you can teach them tricks and agility. I always love it when we have them to come and stay ❤️
