Meet Fletcher, the Springer X Setter who was diagnosed with arthritis at the age of 3, he is nearly 14 and still acts like a pup,
Despite his diagnosis, Fletcher has not let it slow him down and has been receiving regular hydrotherapy sessions at our Fit4dogs Canine Hydrotherapy Center in Beverley. When Fletcher first came to us, he was struggling with weakness in his hind limbs, particularly in his left hind leg. But with every session, Fletcher has made incredible improvements.
Our treatment plan for Fletcher includes Hydrotherapy sessions and Laser therapy. Hydrotherapy sessions are designed to increase muscle mass, reduce stiffness and discomfort, improve posture and natural balance, and maintain his overall health and wellbeing. Fletcher has been a determined and resilient patient, and despite some setbacks, he has always bounced back and made progress.
We are so proud of Fletcher's progress and the positive impact that hydrotherapy and laser therapy has had on his life. Laser therapy works by reducing inflammation and promoting blood flow to the affected area, thus reducing pain and discomfort.

No, don't worry! We have everything you need for your hydrotherapy session. All you need to bring is treats for your pup (to reward them after their session!), some extra towels (just in case!), and your dog's drying coat (to keep them warm after their session).

We have some amazing news to share! The lovely Honey has been making amazing progress after finding out she had luxating patellas. She's had regular Canine Hydrotherapy and physiotherapy and the work her owners have put in at home has been incredible.
Honey is now able to go on longer walks and is enjoying running around with her doggy friends again. We're so proud of her progress and can't wait to see how far she'll go.
