Let’s introduce you to Helen.

"I was actually really relaxed during my weight loss journey, I wasn't particularly strict with myself because I wanted long term, lifestyle changes and not quick fixes. Each day I ranged from 1200 to 1600 calories, I had a small breakfast and a small lunch so that for dinner I wasn't restricted and I could have pretty much anything.

I also did a lot of walking but I wasn't religious with it, if it rained all day I didn't go out! 🤣🤣 but I'd say 4 or 5 times a week I did 10k steps.

If I break down my weightloss during the B³ system it averages out at 1lb a week. In the past I'd have given up if I was only losing 1lb. However, I didn't see it as a diet, I just decided I was changing my habits... permanently.

Hey everyone, it has been a good minute since I posted. As most of you know Happy Trails and Tails is now closed and is no longer running. Don't worry i will be back to dog walking in the next few years. It was truly my passion.
