IMPORTANT NOTICE

The DOG AGILITY equipment in the corners is strictly not to be touched this belongs to an agility club and is private property. When hiring the barn you are hiring an empty barn this has been made very clear. Please note we have CCTV cameras and we know who this is. Anyone found touching this equipment from this point forwards will I’m afraid not be able to rebook.

Please continue to park in the top car park in front of the green shavings bales, the track to the barn will then be directly on your right. The amount of rain has been crazy and I although it is hard standing outside the barn gate it does have areas where it doesn’t and I don’t want to risk anyone getting stuck!

The electrician has done a temporary fix for today and it’s coming back tomorrow to do the permanent fix so lights are back in action 😄

The rain has blown our electrics typically first time in 11 years 🤦‍♀️ so there are no lights in the barn. If you have a day time booking today and wish to move to a different day or cancel then please just drop me a message, if you have an evening booking I will go through the bookings and email people. We are doing our best to get an electrician out today.

Unfortunately the booking system has been duplicating times, on my end it is showing one slot for every time but on the public page there are two slots for every time. I have tried again to rectify this, from my end it looks like it may have been successful but please let me know if it’s not! If on my attempts to sort it I have inadvertently cancelled your booking please let me know and I will reinstate it!

Huge apologies to anyone who has been affected by this.

Hi everyone!
💩 I’m really disappointed by the amount of 💩 being left in the barn both left on the floor and also bagged up left on the side.

💡 The lights are also being left on. Unfortunately due to rising electricity costs if this carries on we will have to install a coin meter so please do be mindful of turning lights off!

🎥 We do have cctv in the barn so repeat offenders will not be able to rebook if this carries on.

Welcome to Brambles Barn!

This is Bramble our sausage dog known as one of the weeds (we also have a Thistle our Sprocker!) Bramble enjoys sleeping under lots of blankets, demanding to get up on the sofa and then demanding to get down! She is the boss! She dislikes the rain, long grass, the cold anything that might generally disrupt her sleeping!!

Brambles Barn is located within our home at Pebsham Equestrian Centre Chambers Equestrian - Pebsham EC you enter the gates (they are padlocked please look out for the email with the access code!) follow the path straight ahead down to our indoor school where you can park outside. Alternatively you can park in our car park and walk down.

The surface is suitable for horses and dogs and is made of rubber backed carpet. This means there is very little dust and is padded on your dogs paws. It does however make it slightly harder to find 💩 because the surface is black!

Currently we have just the 800 square meters surface for you to enjoy either with a ball, training exercises or do feel free to bring your own equipment. We are hoping Brambles Barn will become popular and we can purchase some agility equipment for you to enjoy. This will be kept on the edge of the barn so that horses can still enjoy the space!

Lights are currently included in your hire if needed.

The barn is airy inside so perfect for hot days when outside is too hot to exercise in!

I have got the booking system set up so that you can cancel your booking upto an hour before you are due to come. I do however ask if you are not able to make it you cancel as early as possible to give others the opportunity.

I am looking at putting half hour slots in as well if this would be helpful to people!

We welcome and feedback, this is a new venture for us and we realise that there may be things that need to be changed, do let us know of anything that might be helpful!

Welcome to Brambles Barn, as the owner of a sausage dog that absolutely hates going out in the rain, I have decided to offer our indoor barn with carpet rubber fibre surface (pictured) for hire to exercise your dog to keep them clean and dry! There is parking directly outside the doors and easy access for any dogs or humans with mobility issues.

Dog walking in the local area is also available where your dog will be collected and brought to the barn for their exercise. This can be individual or with another dog for socialising.

Sessions to hire the barn are priced at £10 for an hour with a maximum of 4 dogs.

Please ensure you clean up after your dog!

We are located in the pebsham area of bexhill. Booking is via messenger currently until the online booking system is up and running!

Dog walking is available at £20 per hour with collection and drop off.
