Couple lights up over the coral tray using the 90" RMS rail and xr30 slides. Cycling going well processed 1.5ppm of ammonia down to 0.25 in 24 hours.

Also the red Sea 4 part complete reef care system is now in stock.

More bacteria and a nice hit of ammomix to get the big tray cycled asap. I've used a bit of mix of different brands but mostly Nyos and modern reef this way I get a variety of bacteria in the water. Also using biobac and bioactivator to build some maturity into the tank quickly. Once stock is added biodiversity will be regularly dosed as well. Nothing but the best for our corals

Coral tray is cycling along. Starting sorting all of the cables out today still lots to do. Need to get some power supply mounts. Dosing pumps and lights are next major equipment to get mounted.

New RMS rail for the lights should be arriving tomorrow along with a top up of the new Nyos corals foods as well as more modern reef bits.

It's running great it has about double the flow through the sump than it did at hawkhurst (about 20000Lph)

Dad/Graham is manning the shop this Saturday and Monday coming as I'm popping away for a quick break in the new forest and when I'm back I'm hoping to be able to stock the coral up which will be a mega task unto itself but super excited for it.

Big Coral tray progress.

Water has started to go in this was 400L and didn't even fill the sump fully (end chamber is empty skimmer chamber only 1/2 full).

Equipment has started to go in as well including a cheeky little upgrade with a wavereef magnetic heater holder to hold the 2 600w titanium heaters.

Amyno - a coral food consisting of amino acids, carbohydrates and more insane dosing rate which makes this very economical

lyq-red - a particulate coral food containing amongst other thing calanus plankton

Coral dip - a natural based very good coral dip that has a huge list of target pests.

Byotic - probiotic bacteria to keep peat algae away and waste/nutrient bacteria running at 100%

The final pallet delivery of the year and this one has Nyos pure Salt on it.

At £64.95 a bucket this offers great value as well as the best quality available. Each batch is ICP tested this batch is 8.4dkh, 440calc, 1368 mag, 419 K.

We will be switching to using Nyos pure for our premixed salt.

Side note the foam is down for the coral tray and it will be going on next Saturday. Need to move some things around as moving a nearly 3m x 0.9m tank requires much space.
