Not only are we fully booked for Christmas this year! We are fully booked for the Christmas lead up next year too!
We do still have some appts left in December 2022 but as our diary has been open for two months now, many of you have block booked all of your 2022 appointments in advance!
Please bear this in mind that your groom price is for a regular scheduled appointments and there will be additional charges for dogs who are well overdue and matted etc…
Please also bear in mind that if you do pre book, you need to attend or cancel with no less than 24 hours notice.
There are additional charges for no shows or late drop off/pick up.

Good morning everyone!
Just to let you know, as of 1st October my 2022 diary will be open for you to book your appointments.
I will be working longer hours but less days in 2022.
Mostly Tuesday – Saturdays.
First appointment will be 9am and last appointment 5pm.
Effective of 1st October my prices will increase due to increasing costs of products and expenses.
Some increases will be higher than others in an attempt to get everyone on the same price structure depending on size, breed and coat type.
A rough guide on breed increase will be:
Small breeds £2-£5 per dog.
Large breeds and some Doodles will increase from £4-£8
2022 diary will be open to existing clients ONLY until end of December and then I will look to open my books to new clients, starting with the waiting list and any referrals you may have.
I will send everyone their new individual price by the end of the month.

Morning everyone!
I am introducing some fee’s that will be added to the price of the groom in the following circumstances...
1. £5 fee added for every 15 minutes late to drop off or pick up.
2. £20 fee will be added if:
• Less than 48 hours notice for cancellation.
• Lateness results in rebooking.
• No show.
I am a small business and I work alone so I have to be very strict with my schedule, in order to clean and prepare for the next customer...

I know I am like a broken record but daily, I get people asking for appointments this month, and next month when I have been fully booked til July, since March!
I also have people telling me their dog can’t wait that long and will have to go elsewhere... That’s fine.
Some of you are asking for specific dates and times which really isn’t an option anymore as people cherry pick the best dates and times first.
Most days I only have an afternoon slot available now.
If you have chosen to be organised with your dog and book their appointments in the diary, then thats great!
If you have been reading my posts and stories which state I am fully booked out and chosen to ignore them, you are likely to have to go elsewhere.
I’m sorry to have to say this as I would love to keep you all on my books but I only have 4 appointments a day, 5 days a week for over 150 dogs so it’s first come first served and once they’re gone thats it.
I’m glad to say there are now some new local groomers who I am happy to recommend if you need an appointment and can’t get in...
If your dog needs grooming every 6/8/10 weeks then get them booked in the diary while you can.
