Could you be lunas special someone?
We know this is a big ask, but if any dog deserves a home, a family, it's sweet, happy old luna.
We know she doesn't have a lot of time left. But she deserves for that time to be as loved as possible. She's not ready for the scrapheap yet. Lunas current fosterer loves her dearly, but has health issues of her own, and her floors are all hard floors - easy for a dog with mobility issues to slip. And theres not much of a garden for her to play in ( only a small courtyard). So we would love to find the impossible. Someone with a big heart, willing to open it up for Luna at the time when she needs it most. Someone who can give her a final forever home, for Luna to spend her last year. Somewhere with carpeted floors, and a little garden, with very few / no steps. Luna is very sweet with women but can be afraid of men and has nipped. She loves nothing more than belly rubs and her fantasy is an endless supply of squeaky toys.
Luna does have DM - she will slowly loose mobility and feeling. Project Wolfheart will contribute to her medical care and end of life costs.
We know this is a massive emotional undertaking, but we are really hoping there's someone out there who's willing to open their heart and home for her. Please share where you can, and please please donate if you can to her continued care, so we can afford to cover her medical bills for as long as possible 💗
