Livery available!!

We can offer all year round riding whether that’s using our 20x40m indoor school with lights or our 60x25m outdoor school that never freezes (unless it goes down to -15!!!) with full set of show jumps to use. Plenty of hacking including the beach and tracks.

Let us help you keep your horse fit and goals on track whether that’s for the spring sponsored rides, hacking on the beach with friends, competing or just having fun with your horse!

All year individual turnout with availability for one pair which would suit an owner with two horses.

Lovely friendly yard with good parking, excellent facilities and hacking, owner and BS and PC coach on site, CCTV and regular deliveries of hay, feed and bedding from our local suppliers!

Fantastic facilities including a 20x40m indoor school and a 60x25m outdoor school both with flexi ride surface so no dust!
Full set of show jumps available to use
Excellent hacking in the dry months on fields and off road tracks, and in the winter roadwork and off road tracks, UNLIMITED horse access to the beach a 15 minute walk away.
Excellent access for lorry’s and HGV and a secure car park for trailers and small boxes available.
Regular deliveries of feed, hay and bedding from local suppliers.
Onsite coach available for discounted lessons for liveries
CCTV and locked gates, owners on site for maximum security and peace of mind.
Services available including turn out, bring in, full livery, one off full livery or bring in/ turn out days, full DIY available from £220pcm, clipping.

Located in Bexhill, East Sussex

Unfortunately we cannot have children on site under the age of 16 this is due to our insurance restrictions.

We do not allow dogs on the yard however as we are backed onto the Combe valley country park you are welcome to leave your dog in the car in our car park and then take them for a walk through the country park 🙂
