I only have 2 grooming appointments left before I go on maternity leave! They are:
- Wednesday 21st May at 9am
- Thursday 29th May at 9am

DM or call me on 01782 345138 to book before it's too late! Unfortunately, if you have not booked your dog in for a groom and cannot do either of these dates I won't be able to fit you in.

And just as a reminder - I finish on Friday 25th July. All being well the shop will reopen Saturday mornings in December with the salon resuming services from January 2026.

I've had a lot of people cancelling or rearranging appointments very last minute lately so I thought I'd do a reminder of my policies:

- 50% deposits are taken for every booking.
- Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being lost.
- Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours notice will result in the deposit being lost and the remainder of the appointment price needing to be paid before a further appointment will be made.

This is a policy that has been in place since 2021 and is part of the contract you have all signed before becoming a client.

This is all applicable if no valid reason is given. Hopefully you all understand that this policy is in place to protect my income. Unfortunately with being self employed, if I don't work, I don't get paid.
