We had a good afternoon at Onely for a spot of dressage!!
Hugo in the novice, Winny in the Elementary and our apprentice Chloe won the prelim!!

We had an afternoon of Dressage today at buryfarmequestrian
Winny was excited to be back between the boards but produced good flying changes and even managed a red rosette 🏵️
Flynn had his first outing of the year and did some lovely work for 2nd!
Our apprentice Philippa Allen produced a great test to win her class!! Well done 👏

We had a very very productive morning Solihull Riding Club !!!
Louie went and won 🏅 the British Novice and came 3rd in the Discovery
Hugo won 🏅 the Discovery and jumped the 105.
Our apprentice Chloe had a great time going clear in the British Novice and the Discovery!!
All the winter training is paying off ☺️

This afternoon we braved the frost and headed to addingtonequestrian with Winny, Ralph & Joey.
They all jumped the Equiline star qualifier and the Foxhunter.
Winny and Joey came home in the money and Ralph had a pole in the first round.
Lovely to have these special ponies out for their first outing of 2025.
The season ahead looks exciting 🤩🤩

We started our 2025 season today with a trip to Bury Farm Equestrian Village
Louie who’s now 5yr’s old jumped the British novice and went clear in the Discovery
Hugo jumped the Discovery and his first Newcomers with just one down.
Lando felt great after his winter break jumping the Newcomers and his first Foxhunter going clear!!
Clever ponies 😊😊

He has been hunted by Grandad and taken part in all riding club activities over the summer. Same home for the past seven years.

He has been with us a few weeks and seems a lovely chap.
Every one rides him here he is good in traffic and a lovely responsive ride

This morning we braved the rain and mud at Oasby!!
Lando was amazing going double clear in the Intermediate for 6th!!
The appreciation for this horse is incredible as he did his first 100 here last year!!
He is a star ⭐️ in the making and definitely one destined for the top!!
Ralph produced a good dressage but unfortunately the ground had deteriorated drastically so we retired in the show jumping. He’ll now go on his much deserved holiday ready to step up to Advanced next year 🤩

What a great way for Joey to finish the season with a 5th place in the 4* at Little Downham Horse Trials
So lovely for his owners Michelle and Dylan who made the long journey to watch him!!
Looking forward to the 2025 seasons 😊

We had a great day at Little Downham Horse Trials with the ponies!!
Ralph was great in the 3* to come 6th with a lovely double clear 🤩
Gavin finished off his season in fine style going double clear in the Intermediate for 4th🥰
Lando stepped up for his first intermediate and did it in fine style with a 27 dressage one down and great xc for 6th😊
The going was perfect and the sun shone! !

Big Winny appreciation post!!
Super proud of Winny this weekend at Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials going clear in her first 4* at only 8yrs old!!
Super excited about the future with this fabulous mare!!!
Great weekend was had with the Graves and Saffel family and the rest of team Winny!!!

We’re really proud of George going double clear at Defender Bramham Horse Trials to finish in the top 30 out of 82 starters!! George arrived with us 10yrs ago as a green 4yr old and has gone on to jump round six 4*’s clear xc and 4 of them double clear!! He has the biggest of hearts ♥️ and alway tries so hard for me!! It’s been an amazing 10yrs with his owners and now good friends Ian and Lorraine who also bred him what fantastic achievement!! We had a lovely day at Tweseldown with Gavin having a really great confidence boosting double clear in the Novice unfortunately pilot error in the dressage dropped us to 8th!! Joey was on good form with a 31 dressage and double clear in the Open Intermediate for a top ten. Lando had his first Novice with a lovely dressage and clear showjumping but a glance off at a skinny xc kept us out of the rosettes. Really great to all the horses jump clear in the showjumping!!

When all your pony club mounted game’s practice stands you in good stead!!!

Not quite our day today!! Joey was on good form but found the ground very deep and heavy. We broke a pin at fence 8 so decided to save him for another day. It was a very hard call but we have to put joey’s well being above everything. We’re both fit and ready to reroute to Bramham International Horse Trials..
