Due to high temperatures today and how hot the parlour gets we will be closing and contacting customers that have appointments today, this is purely for the wellbeing of your pooches, too hot for car journeys, walking to us and then the whole grooming process, sorry if this caused inconvenience but wellbeing and pooches health comes first, hope you understand xx

This little girl is the only one of my pups who hadn’t got her forever home she was reserved from 3 days old then unfortunately things fell through 🥹😞

Good afternoon, I’m having a nightmare with my messages on here, one minute they load and the next they don’t I can click on them and it chucks me out. So I’m worried we are missing customers messages, please could you text our phone from now on so we don’t miss any of you! Also just a little add I will be taking a bit of time off over the next couple of weeks as our lovely Tinks has had puppies and while they are tiny I would like to be home with her. Kayleigh and Georgia will be holding down the fort 😍

All Transfers need to paid before your dog is collected from now on. We shouldn’t have to chase payments for a service we have given, we try to be easy as we know life is busy and
Things can be forgotten but this is our livelihood and im sure you wouldn’t be able to leave your hairdressers without paying. We have 4 outstanding payments from other a week ago! Please can these be settled ASAP. Thank you.
