Good morning lost dogs! Does anyone recognise them?

Reminder: for cancellations I require 48hrs notice, & a conformation message that it’s been cancelled. (If you have done this by email, text or WhatsApp) Less than 48 hours I will require £15.00
After one cancellation if on the re scheduled following appointment It’s another request to cancel I will require £15.00 (even if it’s 48hrs notice) To then re book I will be asking a 80% deposit upfront from those clients who have cancelled one after the other. This is total of small £51.80 large medium £69.40. (Subject to price of groom)To avoid disappointment with fees please give 48 hours. One reschedule is okay but please make sure you can attend the re scheduled one!!

I am as flexible as I can be when clients need to change their appointment. Sadly I’m having a increase in last minute cancellations Clients re booking then still failing to attend. For dogs n bubbles to stay running please use us or lose us. Please pay fees, the Fees are in place not because I want to it’s because I have to to at least cover costs. I greatly love providing dog grooming services to kirdford & caring for your dogs. Please recommend me to friends & family.
