The move and works start very soon in North Wales … I would like to quash any rumours that I will be moving away from the training centre and closing at Storeton… It’s very much business and training as usual, it will mean I will be working from both Wirral and Hawarden, and North Wales 😀

Jumping up… tearing up the house… No crate… too many toys…. rough house playing!

This dog was becoming out of control!

Training your dog to be calm in your home and DO not over stimulate them with over play… keeping them in a very stimulated mindset fonlong periods…. small increments of tug play every dog should be taught an on and off switch in play! and they should be taught to see your home as a place to decompress and relax!

My client has recently adopted Ozzy the cockapoo… he has already had one return to rescue so some big changes had to take place before he went on to bite!

Put in place straight away….
Crate Training
Place Training
Calm at Thresholds.
Lead on at all times and attached to my client unless on place or in crate. that includes the garden until we see change to behaviours approx 6-8weeks.

We are moving our home to North Wales by the end of this year and will have consultation and training facilities on site.

And again a Herm Spenger prong collar and me teaching how to be the right energy and movement for extremely fear reactive Luna builds her confidence with her handler, several other trainers have not been able to get near Luna or start to work with her and teach her a different way of coping

This owner is walking her at 6am to avoid her reactions at people and dogs

Yes this could have been achieved with a slip lead or a flat collar but why would I have kept this dog locked into this anxious state of mind for months whilst teaching… I would not want this for her or any dog that I train…because I have the welfare of this beautiful girl! Love them by leading them ❤️

Remember Bailey and his family from Shropshire who I worked with over a weekend a month back, he was lunging, rushing and holding members of the family.

After putting in so much work following the house rules, Bailey is now holding place, still work to be done but they have seen a huge change in behaviours. todays session was to build confidence with Emily who Bailey had lunged and held in the past.
