🎄December is here🎄

December is such a busy month for me as I always try and fit in as many customers wanting appointments in as I can. With this in mind please can I ask:

You to arrive on time - if you are running late there is a chance I will not be able to groom you dog that day as I am fully booked.

You will be given a time for collection again please be on time for this and allow for any traffic etc.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment please give me as much notice as possible so I can try and get you a swap for December. December is fully booked so if you cannot make your appointment and I cannot get you a swap it will be January when I next have availability.

Anyone who cancels within 48hrs if I’m unable to fill the appointment you will be charged the full groom price (as per my terms and conditions).

Thank you for your valued custom. I’m Looking forward to seeing all my four legged friends through my doors over the next few weeks 🐶🎄🧑‍🎄

Hate tonight and all the bang bang nights around this evenings. So stressful for our doggy friends and other animals. Don’t forget to check your gates and fences tonight guys. When dogs are scared they are more likely to bolt.
