Hmmm, what a lovely gift we were left outside!
Some people just don't read or maybe they couldn't..... that's why images are used on a lot of signs to inform people. Pretty sure everyone knows what a camera indicates........but still they decide to fly tip right under a camera and no w footage is with the council and Merseyside police
