I'm sure you can appreciate December is my busiest month so please where possible give me 48hrs notice for any cancellation/re arrange of appointments. Its my first working day of the month and I've already had 2 cancellations 1 was within 24 hrs the other cancelled on the day, its frustrating this is my livelihood
