Natural Instinct has taken the precautionary measure of recalling several of its frozen raw pet food products made using duck because the products contain potentially unhealthy levels of bacteria. Natural Instinct takes its obligations regarding pet food safety very seriously and in association with the Food Standards Agency is recalling the following products:

❗ Working Dog Duck
❗ Working Dog Puppy 500g
❗ Duck Carcass
❗ Duck Necks

✓ Please do not give the products named above to your pet.
✓ Check the batch numbers of your unused duck products and message us with them and we will check to see if it it is an affected batch (not all batches are effected)
✓ Please return the unused product to the shop and you will be given an full refund and advised on an alternative dog meal

No other dog meals apart from these are affected

Our Working Puppy 1kg tubs are not affected 🐾
