🏡 HOME BASED - My groom room is built and located at the back of our house, I will ask you to leave your pet with me and I’ll give you a message as soon as they’re ready to collect. The grooming process can take a few hours depending on breed size, coat type, coat condition & desired style for cuts. Address will be provided upon booking.

⏱️ For repeated no shows, I require a £10 non-refundable deposit which will secure your slot. Payment can be made via bank transfer. Please let me know ahead of time if you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment so I can open up your slot for rebooking.

✂️ MATTING - There will be an additional £5-£10 charge for heavily matted dogs due to the time consuming process and the wear on tools. Please let me know upon booking if your dog is in need of dematting services as this can delay or affect other appointments booked for that day. If your dog is matted, please keep a good few hours clear of your day so that I have the time to get your dogs coat back into condition and looking good for you (PLEASE REFER TO MY MATTING POLICY & FEES POST WHICH IS PINNED ON MY PAGE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION)

🐶 ONE ON ONE - Dogs are groomed on an appointment schedule and never mixed from different households for the safety of both the pets and myself. Dogs are never held in cages at any point.
