we have set up this petition as we think it time for the dog warden to stop what they don't as they only care about the money not the dog if your look at YouTube your will see they class dog as page work if we can get this this be a non - profit organisation and all money from the license we go back in the area and if will mean every animals in the uk we be license by and we can tacker the dog and owner and we can do home visit under the Animal Humane Law Enforcement Act
for e.g if someone become a breeder and than say they sale dog any online sale site would have to ask them for the Animal humane Law Enforcement license Number and would need to check with us if they can sale and breed.
