Whilst it is so cold, I know it's natural instinct to bring your rabbit indoor for playtime etc but DO NOT bring your outdoor rabbits into the home.

By doing so you will cause more harm than good. The fluctuation in temperature will cause them to moult, could cause respiratory issues and it also takes them much longer to acclimatise to the colder conditions once they go back outside.

Lots of bedding in their sheds/hutches and they will be just fine. Keep an eye on their water bottles as even if the water in them doesn't freeze, the ball in the spout can become stuck.

Any rabbit brought inside now will need to stay an indoor rabbit until the end of the frosts in Spring.
