Two beautiful souls found each other in Rescue.
Piglet has a deformity but as you can see it doesn't stop her doing anything & Payton was left for dead under a tissue box in the pouring rain at approximately 4 weeks old .
So hopefully this post will lead us all into a lovely positive weekend.

Back to the vets again as grizzly went down hill last night , she's starting dropping body weight and shutting down , but throughout today after a different antibiotic & subQ fluids she's picked up enough to start eating, she'll only eat Encor chicken or thrive .. both on our cv36 foster Amazon wish list ... please send some if you can ... thankyou all so much for helping us to get her better .

We hate to keep asking for donations towards Grizzly Mins medical bills, sadly the quote we gave last week was probably a bit previous of us. Unexpected Aspiration pneumonia has knocked her recovery sideways , shes on extra meds now and hopefully with her nebuliser she'll start to inprove but if not shes going to need xrays as well over the next few days , it really isn't fair after such a awful life this happens.

Two bonded barn cats are looking for there new luxury placement. Mr.Hotpot & Mrs.Relish all they need is
Food , warm shelter and a loving watchful eye & they'll love you forever.. 4 to 6 weeks in a setup like whats in the video. If ready, release into the barn, outhouse etc for afew more days then free to roam and play.. favorite game being cat & mouse.
Daily feeding and well-being check is a must .. these cats can not survive on prey alone ... did you know a well feed cat is more likely to hunt & succeed.
Update on sweet Pertwee.
He's up and eating still having support fluids and his bottom hasn't got any worse luckily.
He said thankyou for all your kind messages of support, it's made him realise some humans are actually nice ♡

Poor Grizzly Min isn't very well at all , unfortunately she has aspirational pneumonia from the operation to remove her teeth.. she's had steroids two week antibiotics & pain meds so we're hoping she'll recover quickly, if not it's xrays 😭

🆘️🆘️🆘️🆘️ Ive just paid off another 1½k veterinary bill , thats on top of all our neuter spays & routine appointments. That are also mounting up & up.
Grizzly Min steroid injection has turned into a urgent dental,, unfortunately the veterinary practice where she's having the procedure is pay as you go like several other accounts we have, so this is normal but not what we was expecting for poor Grizzly Min.
I'm sure you remember we help cats all over the westmidlands hence our desperate plea for help under a different account in Warwickshire ....

With our stray cat project we catch feral stray cats according to the TNR method. TNR stands for Trap, Neuter Return, or Capture, Neuter/Sterilise and Return. ( IN MOST CASES WE DONT RETURN WE RELEASE SOMEWHERE SAFE WARM WITH CARE 💖)This is scientifically proven to be the most efficient and animal-friendly method to limit the size of a stray cat population.
They can then no longer provide offspring, which means that fewer kittens end up in the harsh street life. Thus, the number of populations and the size of each population are steadily decreasing

Feral stray cats are very shy & can be extremely aggressive 🛡 We therefore catch in a calm and patient manner using special catching cages. Good contact with the feeder/caregiver is essential ✔️ The feeder is not allowed to feed for one to two days🍗🍗 because only a hungry cat will sooner or later enter the catch cage ✔️✔️
🏘🏘To prevent us from capturing tame neighborhood cats, we distribute information in the neighborhood in advance asking them to keep their own cat indoors during the capture campaign 📑
After catching the feral cats, we look after them in special iso units.
