Dear Clients,

Last week we had 29 appointments that were not attended. (This equates to 7 and a quarter hours of a vets consulting time). This is 29 appointments that we could have offered to other pets in need. Whilst we recognise that sometimes appointments are missed due to unavoidable reasons, it reduces our capacity to see every pet who needs to be seen.

Can we therefore ask for your help in reducing this; if you are unable to attend an appointment, please call and let us know as soon as possible. We can then offer your appointment slot to other pets in need.

We appreciate everyone's help with this.

Many thanks,
White Cross Vets

Vet Libby's adorable Aoife came in for a scale and polish yesterday. 🐾

Did you know by 2 years old, 80% of dogs get some degree of dental disease? 🦷

Things to look out for are bad breath, red gums, excessive drooling and difficulty eating.

Some ways you can help keep your dog's teeth healthy at home are teeth brushing, dental diets and supplements.

For more information, call the practice and book a consultation with one of our Vets.🩺

Important Information:

There are road works in Kings Heath and Moseley, around the sites of the new train stations, which are causing long delays. Please bear this in mind when you are travelling to the practice, and allow extra time for your journey.

If you are running late to your appointment, please try to contact the practice to let us know.

Please note that if you are late to your appointment, you will be asked to either wait to be seen, or to rebook.

Many thanks
