We wanted to share our lovely Practice news and congratulate our wonderful vet Emily!!! She got married to her one and only in September and just look at how beautiful this photo is ❤️
We all wish you the happiest life together.
I bet it feels like ages ago now being back in Practice after your big day and honeymoon period have been and gone!

We are certainly pleased you are back though, even if you wish you were still on the beach🐾❤️⭐️🐶🐰🐱

We just wanted to thank a very generous Client for gifting us this Coca-Cola as well as a batch of biscuits to keep us going on a hectic shift last week. They went down very well, so much that the biscuits are demolished and the Coca colas have disappeared we had to turn the box to look full!
What a lovely, kind gesture, thanks a lot ❤️ 🐾

Good evening, just to remind all our lovely clients that if you are unable to get through on the phones for appointments, you are able to register for an online account and book appointments online 😊 we try our best to answer the phone lines and deal with clients promptly but as you can imagine sometimes it can get chaotic and some phone calls simply take longer than others!

Always remember if it is an emergency please ensure you select that option when asked to during the phone call! Do not book emergencies online! 🆘 🐾 ❤️

**IMPORTANT REMINDER**
To all our clients,

Please note we are now closed until Monday morning. Our out of hours service is the Willows. In an emergency please contact them on 0121 712 7070.
If it is not an emergency, please contact the practice on 0121 350 2303 from 8:30am Monday morning.
We are having problems with our phone line which may mean if you phone over the weekend there will be no automated message.

We have had a female Staffordshire bull terrier handed in to us. She is wearing a collar but is not microchipped.
If you have any information, or think she could be your dog please contact the practice on 0121 350 2303.

At the moment we have no access to our clinical computer systems, please be patient with our staff if you are calling or coming into practice. The issue is being worked on but unfortunately things are taking much longer than usual. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We have had a deceased black male cat brought into the practice, found Orphanage Road.
He is microchipped, however we have been unable to contact the owner. If you have any information, or think this could be your cat, please contact the practice on 0121 3502303.

We had a little French Bulldog handed in yesterday, the chip details are not up to date. If you or someone you know is missing a little dog please get in touch with a description. Proof of ownership would need to be supplied before collecting. The dog warden will be contacted Monday.
