Pets are accepted for grooming only under the following circumstances:
After consulting with the owner we deem the pet to be fit and healthy. If the grooming takes place on an elderly or infirm pet it will be at the owner's risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health\skin conditions for which Linella will not be held liable.
In the event of an emergency, we will endeavour to reach you by phone, but we reserve the right to contact the nearest Vets and authorise the Vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense unless proven we have caused a problem.
Payment is to be made at the time of service. Payment can be cash or cheque, card payment is no longer an option due to high service costs.
De-matting or complete coat removal will incur an extra charge.This will be dependant of severity and cost will be discussed prior to grooming. This could dramatically alter your pet's appearance. This procedure may expose pre-existing health\skin problems as stated above.
Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 48 hours notice to waive the FULL appointment fee. Exceptions can be made in extreme circumstances.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and groomer.
I will hold your spot open for 15 minutes in the even of a delay. After this time your appointment will be cancelled and a no show fee will need to be paid before rebooking.
It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not present at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact to cancel or reschedule.
I reserve the right to charge the FULL grooming fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a "no-show".

In the event that fleas are found on your dog an extra charge will be added to the groom depending on the size of the dog. If you are aware the dog has fleas we expect to be informed on drop off so precautions can be taken.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your grooming time unless you have contacted me and made arrangements to do so. Client drop off and pick up times have been arranged in order to minimise the overlapping of appointments as much as possible. We will give you a rough pick up time on arrival and will message 15-20 minutes before the groom is complete. Dogs must be picked up within a reasonable time after the call to avoid overlapping of other grooms or an addition charge may be made.
We strongly advise all clients to re book before leaving the salon to avoid disappointment. At the moment we are booking about 4 weeks in advance as no appointments are available before then.

Hi everyone,
We are working to full capacity to try to accommodate everyone. Even doing extra days. Our earliest appointment at the moment is mid September.
We have in the past advised everyone to book appointments in advance before leaving.
The situation is being made worse by people not showing up after booking an appointment, therefore if these people wish us to continue to groom their dogs we respectfully ask that missed appointments are paid for in full. Obviously we understand if an emergency occurs and will be dealt with accordingly.
We hope you understand why we have had to introduce this measure.

A few pets from last week. ❤️❤️

Groomed some lovely dogs then this afternoon then we had arranged to bath an XL Bully. We bathed him two years ago as a pup then not since. Asked for him to be done so arranged for 3pm today. The owner parked over the road and bought him to us in muzzled! I especially changed my insurance to allow me to bath them as on banned dog list. I gestured through the door where was the muzzle to be told it had broken. I opened the door a few inches bearing in mind we hadn’t seen the dog for 2 years and told him we would all be in trouble if the police saw him to be told he’s seen police loads of time while out. I said I would see if we had a muzzle large enough and took it back to the door where he tried to put it on. It was obvious the dog wasn’t used to it. I asked for it back and mentioned again about police where he started mocking me so I said we could not do the dog and said bye and closed the door.
An hour later we have a bad Google review.
My helper and myself heard all conversation and know it’s not true but it’s so unfair. Makes us feel is it worth carrying on.
