Finally the website is live thanks to Chris extremely hard work.
We are looking at an app for our stockists up and down the country which can be used on any device which may ease ordering .
Just like to take this chance once again to say thank you all so so much for your loyalty and business without you and our fabulous hard working staff as mentioned before we would not be the brand we are.

Good Evening,
First of all would like to send my sincere apologies for not replying to all your messages in whatever form.
We have been massively mowed out here at YRF trying to restock our loyal stockists which without you people we would not be here now, a huge thanks to a great bunch 🐕trust me we will be forwarding a lot of promotional raw as a thank you.
Our website will be up and running by next week we have changed website engineers and Chris is totally on the ball and promised to be live as quoted.
Unfortunately like every were else due to various reasons ie Fuel,Energy, packaging not to mention the actual Raw meat we produce we have tried keeping the prices as low as possible without risking the quality and standards of our meat and service for which we are justifiably proud of.
We have always believed in a fair product at a fair price along with a fair service to everyone.
Once again we apologise for not answering any media now the backlog is shortening and Tina is coming back to office and media manage things will improve on the communications side.

Great news just had Defra to inspect the new factory and have given us approval to commence production from tomorrow.
Atm we are concentrating on ploughing product into our loyal stockists.
The Web site will be live from Monday 21st with new products and proteins available.
We would like to thank our loyal customers who have helped make YRF the brand it is today.

Good Afternoon 🐕,
Just an update on the new factory.
All leases now signed ,
Defra informed, touched base with trading standards,
All freezers in new flooring , drainage and chillers.
It is a very exciting time here with new proteins plus the old tried and tested ones.
A full 50 pallet freezer just for treats of all proteins plus an air dried room for drying treats.
There will be plenty of stockist promotions along all lines inc treats and the air dried products.
The new website should be up and running in about 3 weeks then hopefully with defra permission let's get your dogs fed 🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺.
Will touch base with all stockists with a full list of all products.
Thank you so so much for been patient we at YRF really do appreciate it as it's you guys who have been so loyal to our brand and made us what we are today 👍.

Good Afternoon,
First of all would like to thank you for been really patient.
We have taken our website down and are in the process of huge update with all new proteins plus all the usual best sellers.
As you can appreciate in these present times these things are taking time.
You can be rest assured we will be back with more space to process inc air drying and a specialist bone and treats processing unit.
Any questions please ask this is just the beginning of our next exciting chapter.

Good Afternoon,
We at YRF due to phenomenal demand for our product we are having a purpose built plant constructed were we can expand our product range as well as air drying treats.
Unfortunately the plant were we are operating has been handed back to the landlord after twenty two years of producing raw product.
We agreed a rolling lease until our plant was ready but due to covid and general material shortage the unit will take longer than planned. In between we agreed a rolling lease with the landlord until unit is constructed on which he renaged last Monday after 22 years in the unit. We are looking at four weeks before we can process again when the new plant will be up and running.
This is an exciting time for YRF for existing customers, stockist and everybody involved with the company.
Please please be patient has this situation is out of our hands and look forward to moving forward with you all on board and a huge huge thank you for making YRF on of the top brands in the UK and beyond.
