Our beautiful Zeb and Zena are still here, they have been since Christmas and it’s heartbreaking 😭 please share and help find them a home 😭

Our gorgeous duo Zeb and zena are finally up for adoption now we know what going on with her ears. Unfortunately this does mean zena has to be on steroids and eat drops for her ears however we at the rescue are happy to pay and supply her meds for however long she may need them. We are doing this in hopes someone will look past this being a problem and be up for adopting them giving them the happy ever after she along with Zeb deserves💜 more info on them in the link below 🥰

Time for another plea/cry out for help.

I love what I do, it truly is so rewarding, I love the people I’ve met along the way, the cats I’ve be able to save and really it all comes down to the support we at the rescue receive.

But the past month we have started to struggle, we are having to spend more of our funds raised on food rather then vet bill, then when we try raise more funds not as many join in or share our posts and when it comes to rehoming… again it’s the same people sharing the same posts and we love you for that but how do we rehome cats if it’s the same people sharing the same things to the same people…. We can’t rehome if people don’t share and spread the message. We have over 700 followers yet it’s probably the same 10/11 people sharing… how is what I do expected to work?

Eventually like most rescues we’d end up having to close our doors… I’m fighting like crazy for this to not be the case. We understand money is tight now a days… but even a couple of sachets out of a box helps us so very much. We go through over 300 sachets a week…

When the rspca did our inspection they were so happy with everything but knowing it’s mainly just me they said so I don’t get overrun and burn out they’d ideally like me at 25-30 rescues… I’m on 45 and on the daily being messaged to take more in…. How can I save more lives if people don’t share my posts to help rehome the ones I have? I basically need to rehome 20 cats before I can even think about taking another 1 in and kitten season is just round the corner once again 😢💔

• purchase something for the furr-babies in our care via Amazon or you can even drop off a couple of sachets at old stone vets or Freddie’s fish & chip shop.
• share our rehoming posts, there is always the right home out there for our babies. We rehome all over England and Scotland. For the right home we are HAPPY to travel.
• if you’re thinking about adopting, go for it… it will bring you joy & you’ll be saving a life 💜

Our mummy from Wolsingham is ready to be adopted she’s a nervous girl but has come on far.
To say she’d be a lap cat would probably be a lie however with some time and patience I’m sure she would feel the love and care and return it. I truly don’t believe Savvi has ever been a pet and if she has she’s definitely spent most of her life on the streets, she’s sensitive to touch but does allow it. She really does deserve a chance 😢💜

Our gorgeous lil Marvin went to his new home a whole month ago now and has settled in so well. He’s so loved and my goodness his confidence truly has grown. It’s lovely to see!

‘Marvin has settled in so well to our family. He likes giving nose kisses and snuggling on our laps. He has really grown in confidence and warns our dogs when they get too much for him. Our gorgeous Jake and Bella have in their new home a whole month now 🥰

Here is what their lovely new owner has to say 🥰
‘Just want to update everyone on how Jake and Bella have settled in 😍 it’s been 4 weeks now and fair to say my home is now filled with the chaos that only kittens can bring 😂 and I love it.
Jake was immediately at home, strutting around like he had lived with me all his life, jumping on me, pinching my toast, taking over the sofa and my bed 😂
Bella went about things more cautiously and watched her brother being cheeky from a safe distance but now very happy to fight for a place on my knee 💓and thankfully not interested in my toast 😆
I cannot thank Zoe enough for bringing these beauties into my life 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛’

When Timmy first came in he was a feisty one, it took days of constant trying before he finally realised and accepted he was safe and ok. In total it took us 12 hours on and off trying to transfer him from carrier to cage as he didn’t make it a task for the faint hearted. The reward was even more sweet when he then showed us his warm loving caring personality 🥰💜

Yesterday I went to visit our lovely Binx & Luna for their 6 month anniversary at their new home and you really can see just how settled in they are now. It was wonderful

Where have our 5 day old hand rears gone🥹🥹

Harry, Kevin and Marvin were handed to us at only 5 days old where we worked round the clock with feeds and making sure they survived, Kevin who was the runt was in particular so tiny & small, Harry eventually also gave us a scare when we nearly lost him, which I’m sure you all remember. Now they’re thriving and between the three of them they cause so much mayhem but are so very dearly loved and also give unlimited amounts of love back. The three brothers have been reserved and will be staying where they grew up all together 🥰💜

When Ashton and Katherine came in from the get go they were so lovely, they loved a head stroke and a scratch. Although Ashton has managed to find his forever home, we are still looking for our dear Katherine’s. She really does have so much love to give 🥰💜

Our gorgeous Pixie has been in her new home for six whole months now her update is very heartwarming and we are so glad she’s found the most perfect family for her 🥰💜

Here’s what they’ve updated us with:-

‘Princess Pixie is now completely settled in her home and is loving life with her new family.
She loves to sit in the sunshine on her window seat watching the world go by and shes there when I arrive home from work to greet me .
She loves playing in empty cardboard boxes and has a favourite butterfly toy which she likes to catch.
Pixie fits in perfectly with our family life and we are so lucky to adopt her and give her the love & life that she deserves.

Manny & Clayton (suspected brothers) are the last of the 7 Manchester cats I have left to introduce. These are probably the most nervous of the lot we got in, however they’re not nasty in any way. They’ve never put a foot wrong and they’ve come on a very long way. They’re still weary of touch however they come out with no problems and love nothing more then a morning meow whilst being served breakfast to start the day. These would benifit from a more relaxed environment to allow their potential to grow more and blossom and due to their nervy tendencies they will be rehomed together for that extra support of one another.

They were also found roaming the alleyways of Manchester, suffering from cat flu. We very quickly got these boys into the vets & seen too and they made a very swift happy recovery 💜

All you need is love 💜 (and a happy kitty like Lars to give you it 🥰🫶🏻)

Lars came to us from the alleyways of Manchester where a kind lady fed him but couldn’t unfortunately take him. Lars was the first cat of the Manchester 7 to really show his potential, he showed so much love and compassion. When moving up to the main section of the rescue he very quickly became a big personality within them. Lars is currently available to be reserved how he’s not been snatched up yet, I don’t know. However he can be rehomed on his own & I know he would be just as happy as if he was rehomed with another cat. 💜Lars is around 5 years old but goes on like he’s two. He really will make someone so very happy 🫶🏻

Our lil Katherine came into our care along with others from a lovely rescuer in Manchester around March time. Katherine initially suffered with cat flu, which she made an amazing recovery from however a couple of weeks later she ended up with a huuuuge eye ulcer. This ended up knocking everything back for poor Katherine as it’s taken up around 2 months in total for this to heal, to which she is now fully recovered from. She is an amazing cat and really can’t wait for her to find her forever home because she has sooo much love to give.💜

I can’t believe our nervous, gorgeous shy baby Millie has been in her home for a whole 6 months! Here is her amazing update 🥰💜

‘Hi Zoe,
I can't believe Miss Millie - AK Millie the Minx has been with me for 6 months!
She is a different Cat to the one that arrived 6 months ago. No more hiding away from me and she happily takes dreamies and licky lix from me.
She is really playful and will chase pretty much anything that moves and has regular zoomies around my flat! She has discovered balls and loves kicking them and chasing them around my flat
She still loves sitting by my windows watching the birds and has taken to sleeping next to my bed at night.
She is still nervous and hides away if I have visitors but she is active, playful and much more comfortable with me. Most importantly she is happy (and spoilt!)
Thank you rescuing this funny, gorgeous girl and trusting me to care for her’
