Tough day here at bicton yesterday. Not there best round on paper but they got round a tough Grand Prix in quite a wet arena. All the riders had to work hard towards the end of the course so we are thrilled to complete!
Itโs that really busy time of year with lots of clients well from the eventers being placed in there relevant classes, the liveries having a ball and some qualifying for le trec national champs to show jumpers going well round the county show circuit with some good results at 150/155
Our own horse has been going consistently well round 140s so we decided to step him up to the 150 trial this weekend at Wellington and they both went brilliantly for just 4 faults at the last in a class where there where no clears!!

The big man have a little pop to get him ready for Chepstow international at the end of the week
So this little horse has been a bit of a project for the last yr! He arrived out of racing very worried and very scared but there was aways something about him I really liked!
He was terrified of the world but we found out he was hit by a car in his last race!
Well yesterday he came up trumps with a 28.5 for his dressage with still some room for improvement, but some 9s on the score sheet and then 1 down and clear inside the time to finish 8th!
Sometimes you just have to be patient!
Having a great weekend here in Dorset highlights so far have been my lovely Duke winning the 80cm this morning and Pregro who was so poorly last jumping double clear in the 140 today! What a fantastic horse! Hayley Webster has also been winning her usual amount of.classes! Video of pregro doing what he does best !!!
Educational day at Tedworth Equestrian Centre, baby River had his first BS experience and jumped a lovely round for a green mistake. Toby had the last fence down and mister consistent Prego finished 2nd.
Prego takes the ๐ฅat Tedworth Equestrian Centre on Monday.
Little trip to Sparsholt for the big boys today after the hiccup on Monday where the jockey wanted to make sand angels.

Good training sessions for each of the gang, Prego, Toby, Woody, Bam Bam and River at Wellington today. Mix of show jumps and arena Eventing fences. Riverโs first little outing and he certainly didnโt disappoint.
This morning we braved the 3.30am start, -5c weather and icy lanes for a quick trip to Wellington.
The boys didnโt disappoint with Toby and Prego both taking a win.
Lovely first show of the year at Tedworth Equestrian Centre.
Both boys jumped super dcโs in each of their classes, with Prego coming ๐ฅ
Both will start stepping up again as they get stronger and fitter.

Mimi is a sweet natured mare ready to go off in any discipline. Sheโs quiet to ride and riding nicely in the arena in all paces and happily popping a course of show jumps. Hacks out happily alone/company and has been good with all traffic met to date.
Happily lives in or out.
Good to handle, bath and for farrier.
Based Newbury.
