Just a polite reminder re cancellation & no show fees.
Unfortunately I’m experiencing quite a few late cancellations and/or no shows recently.
I understand life is busy especially with the kids being on holidays etc. However, if I don’t work, I simply don’t get paid.
I’m at the point where I’m turning people away as fully booked for a few weeks and if someone doesn’t turn up or cancels late then that’s an appointment someone else could have had.
Please note that all late cancellation/no shows fees must be paid before another appointment is offered.
Everyone should have signed my terms & conditions at their first visit. These state that cancellations with less than 48hrs notice will be charged and all no shows will be charged at full groom price.
It’s not something I do lightly but it’s difficult enough as small business in this current climate.

Introducing puppies to the grooming process from a young age is a very important part of your dog’s grooming journey.
It allows your pup to hear the noises, get to know the environment & build them up to love being groomed.
Puppy intros should ideally be started as soon as your pup is allowed out for walkies & available up to the age of 5 mths (dependant on coat type).

As of the 1st of January, most grooms will have a price increase of £2 - £5. Please remember these prices are ‘from’ & your dog will be individually priced based on their coat condition/type, behaviour and groom schedule.
