Nice Irish clip for Mary on Monday. Mary is a rescue pony and what a superstar to clip. All down to her owner as she was terrified when she first got her. Just love a good transformation ❤️

Last month 4yo Gino had his first ever clip. His owner opted for an Irish clip with half face to take off his sweaty bits. He was such a good boy when it was time to clip again yesterday a hunter clip was needed as he was still sweaty. He was abit tickly in some areas so turned down the speed on the Liveryman black beautys and lots of praise he stood like a rock ❤️ I love doing youngsters first clips. Start them off comfortably and they never have a problem

We left this lads mane longer as it’s very fine and when plaited the plaits would have been too small if his mane had been shortened. So just levelled up 🥰

It’s been a busy couple of weeks here at JL Equine Services with Holiday Liveries, Yard Covers, schooling, Clipping, Holding horses for the vet and mane and tail trims. Time to relax this weekend and hopefully enjoy the sunshine and get in a hack or two with my girl 🐴

💈Tidy Up Thursday 💈

After a very sweaty hack Lila needed a hair cut 🤣

Full clip with blended face and legs left on to keep her legs warm this winter. Also left a saddle patch to avoid any irritation as she is very sensitive when clipped.

Think you’ll all agree she’s looks super 👌
Also look at the shine (pre hot cloth) just shows a good bath the day before makes for a super duper clip 💓

At the beginning of last year this mare was very footy and desperately needed shoes.
