Just a gentle reminder as we venture into my favourite season and we get all your precious fur-baby’s ready for Christmas
🎄 Please don’t be late - we can hold your appointment for no longer than 15 minutes but we really really need you to be on time so we don’t get behind on schedule
🎄 If anyone cancels without 24hours notice / no shows / turns up over 15minutes late you will be expected to pay the FULL amount of your appointment and failure to pay will result in all future appointments cancelled - I hate doing this 🤦♀️ but this is my living and last minute cancellations and no shows really do cause a massive impact.
🌲 Please try to be mindful of parking and only use our drive / somewhere that is not blocking any neighbours drive
🎄 Please take your fur-baby’s out to be toileted before coming so they are comfortable
🎄On my days off I will not have the work phone so please leave a message and when I am in I’ll get back to you- it may be a few days
🎄 Lastly please ensure you are on time for pick up especially now we have downsized, we don’t have the room to keep pets longer than there allocated times - and also they can’t wait to see you and get their zoomies on showing you how cute they look
