Please bear in mind if you cancel your appointment during December I won’t be able to offer an alternative due to being fully booked. I am working days off to fit everyone in and also staying late. Also could you please be on time for drop off and pick up as I groomed a lot of anxious dogs that cannot be in the salon with other dogs and because I am so busy it will hugely impact my schedule if you are late.
