This morning we have had to say goodnight to our long term resident Gizmo as he crossed rainbow bridge 🌈 💔
Gizmo started off as a grooming client and soon became part of the family as his mum needed medical care.
Diagnosed a couple of years ago with cushing's disease and a mass, alongside old age, cataracts, liver issues and arthritis his little body has been struggling more so this last few months.
I put off this decision, even made and cancelled a provisional appointment a couple of weeks ago but between me and his mummy we came to the decision it was the right thing to do 💙
A beautiful and peaceful goodbye. I've loved being your stepmum since 2020 Giz Wizz, I'll miss your little round mouth when your trying to formulate a bark for treats, I'll miss that little waggy tail and your dead weight pounce on me when it's time to get up. A beautiful sweet and loving boy we are privileged to have had you in our home.
Love you always 💙
